Thank you for your February 26 letter expressing in Indonesia Jaya Conference Center. This letter will confirm our subsequent telephone call discussing plans for your seminar.

We inform you that at this time we must confirm the date fixed on 10 March, with 1 large and 3 small room reservation, 20 number of participant, audiovisual for computer projection and tour 4 round table equipment and you can get lunch with catering.

As you requested, I faxed the projected costs last week. After you decide on the required equipment and the type of lunch, we can finalze the cost estimate.
